The new 3.6W 1470nm semiconductor laser chip model is RB-1470A-96-3.6-2-SE, the luminance strip width is 96μm, the cavity length is 2mm, the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 26%, the service life can reach more than 50,000 hours.
